SuperPass Password Generator
This simple tool provides a way to have a very long password with a high level of entropy, while only having to remember a relatively easy (or even weak) password yourself.
Show detailed description below
Example: To create an account on a website that requires a password, enter your easily remembered password into the form and press the "Generate Password" button. For added security, you can enter a master password in the "Master Password" field. This master password can be a password or sentence that you can easily remember and always stays the same.
The form will process your password and return ten 40-character-long strings and ten 10-character-short strings. Each string has a number and a color. You can pick one of the strings and remember either the number or the color. Use that string as the password for the service you are registering an account for. Alternatively, you can use the same color or number for every password string you generate, making it easier for you to remember which password corresponds to which service.
The next time you need to log in to that service, simply follow the above steps to find out what your password for that specific service was. In short, Superpass uses the input you enter as a basis to generate passwords, and the same input always results in the same generated passwords.
Note: We do
not store your passwords, we do
not store anything in a database, and we only store a functional cookie if you enable that option (see below). Since we do not store anything, we cannot e-mail your old passwords. If you set a master password, the chances of someone getting the same results back when using this tool are infinitely small.
